As you enter the one story house you'll notice the character of the original front door. There's a coat closet when you first enter and a large living room containing a beautiful picture window. The 3 bedrooms are all on the main floor as well as the full bathroom. There are updated light fixtures throughout the entire home and a beautiful, remodeled kitchen. 

You'll find the original hardwood floors are throughout most of the main level. They are original and have wear/character. The main floor full bathroom contains plenty of storage. There's also a surprise little nook room on the main level that would work great as a bonus pantry room or office nook. The kitchen underwent a complete renovation in 2020. You'll have stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. 

The lower level basement is unfinished, but still offers a tremendous amount of dry, usable space. APPLICATION INFORMATION

We ask anyone over 18 who is interested in living in the home to complete our free application which is a Google form. It can be completed on a phone or computer and is very simple.  Once your Google form application is received, we will schedule a tour. 

We do require a credit and background check for anyone over 18 before signing the lease. This expense is the responsibility of the tenant and is $40/occupant. We only ask you to complete this step if we intend on renting the home to you.
