Paul and Amber were amazing landlords… luckily we found a home in a perfect location—close to the university and to amenities. They were responsive and quick to repair the very few things that need attention, in the three years we were there. Even came to my rescue when a hive appeared and them knowing I have an allergy to bees. For two young women relocating hours away from home, they gave us a sense of security that eased our transition to Edwardsville. They respected our space while still keeping up with the maintenance of a rental property.
After moving out, I still keep in contact with them for random advice or their highly influential reference… we couldn’t have asked for more attentive landlords that truly kept us, as tenants, in top priority. We never had to stress about anything with our home with Paul and Amber as our landlords. 

I had the absolute pleasure of renting from Mom and Pop for five years, including throughout the challenging COVID pandemic, while I was staying in Edwardsville. I can confidently say that my experience with them was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I set foot onto their property, I was welcomed with warm smiles and treated like an honorary member of their family.

Paul and Amber, the couple behind this remarkable rental company, epitomize genuine hospitality. Their personalized approach and attention to detail truly set them apart from the larger corporate entities that dominate the SIUE area. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my own well-being and satisfaction, making me feel valued and appreciated throughout my entire time renting from them.

My rental was in pristine condition upon move-in, and any minor issues that arose during my stay were promptly and efficiently addressed. It is clear that Paul and Amber take immense pride in their properties, and because of this their tenants have a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.

Paul and Amber are the best!! Not only are they attentive and responsive landlords, they’re also great people. They work well together and they care about their tenants. They saved me from being locked out of my house on multiple occasions, let me borrow their lawn mower when ours was out of commission, and came to my rescue when baby skunks fell into my egress window in the basement! 5/5 stars, definitely recommend Paul and Amber!! 

Paul and Amber were fantastic to rent from. They were attentive, accommodating, personable and very helpful through out the entire time we rented. They’re also very knowledgeable and proactive, never leaving a stone unturned. And I will always recommend them for anyone searching for a place to rent.
